Designed for efficiency, all of the lodge-style timeshares at the WorldMark Red River Resort have either a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom plan. Every unit has a small kitchen, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer, cable television service, a DVD player, and a private deck with views of the Red River ski area and mountain.
Resort amenities include an outdoor hot tub, barbeque area, and 24-hour front desk service. Nearby, you can enjoy snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, or ATV rentals, all available seasonally.
The main entrance to the Red River Ski and Snowboard area is within three blocks of the resort. With a privately owned chair lift located only thirty feet away, the Red River vacation ownership resort is a true ski in/ski out property. Home to a few hundred year-round residents, the community of Red River is a seasonal ski destination with some services and merchants only available during the winter months when the area receives, on average, nearly 200 inches of snowfall. Although some Red River shops and restaurants are not available outside of ski season, the historic nearby city of Taos is always welcoming with boutiques, both cafés and fine dining, galleries, museums, and entertainment.
