The Rocky Mountain Preserve features studio units, and one- and two-bedroom deluxe timeshare condos, as well as three-bedroom presidential suites. Unit amenities include a full kitchen with dining areas (studio units have a mini kitchen), a balcony or terrace, television with cable service, DVD player, and many of the floor plans have a gas fireplace and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Presidential casita units, offering either a three- or a four-bedroom plan, are standalone cottages and include all the features of a three-bedroom deluxe, plus a hot tub and a gas grill on the private deck. Casitas accommodate either ten or twelve vacationers.
Although the timeshare condos at the Granby Rocky Mountain Preserve are lovely, you’ll find it hard to stay inside with the dramatic mountain vistas surrounding you and so many ways to get outdoors and have fun. Many of the condos overlook the Grand Elk Golf Club, where discounted green fees, advance reservations, and rental clubs are available to WorldMark owners. There is also fly-fishing on the Colorado River (just outside your door), hiking, biking, horseback riding, and an almost endless list of winter sports and skiing, with Grand Lake and Winter Park both nearby.
