Festiva Adventure Club, Where Membership Means More

With resale points in the Adventure Club by Festiva, you gain the option to defer (roll over) your points to use in a future year or to accelerate the use of your points, borrowing against your future annual allotment. Deferring or accelerating points is free, however, if you borrow against your points, you must prepay your future annual club agreement fees. 

Although Adventure Club ownership is flexible and points based, each membership is secured by a specific property titled to a forty-year deed-in-trust that includes ten-year renewable options in perpetuity and allows equity equivalent to the number of ownership points you purchase. These terms apply whether you purchased your points directly from Festiva at a higher price or you bought them at a competitive price on the resale market.
