The resort boasts three different styles of suites. The Junior Suites are furnished with a queen or two double beds and include a gas fireplace and mini fridge. The larger Executive Suites are one-bedroom in design and have a queen bed plus a sofa pull-out. These units include a full kitchen and wet bar. The Fairholme Suites are one and one-half bedroom with a queen bed, pull-out sofa, and a jetted hot tub. In addition to the suite configurations, guests can also choose the condo-style units which are also available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. The Wolf Condos come in a variety of styles including small studio units, one- and two-bedroom units, and extra-large four-bedroom family units.
The Banff Rocky Mountain resort timeshare has an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor seasonal pool. There are also several indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Guests can play tennis or squash on the outdoor courts, and the fitness center includes saunas and an indoor gym.
