Studio timeshares sleep up to two, while one-bedroom and one-bedroom deluxe plans accommodate up to four. Two-bedroom timeshares may include a hot tub on a private deck or patio, and all two-bedroom plans are designed to sleep up to six adults.

Penthouse units are available in both two- and three-bedroom plans, both designed to accommodate up to six vacationers. All units are air-conditioned and many include a fully equipped kitchen. Note: some timeshares at WorldMark Coral Baja have a shower, but no bathtub, that is sometimes called a three-quarter bath. Also, not all units provide an ocean view.
