There are 3 places to eat at the Vidanta Mayan Palace. Head over to Balché for some casual cocktails, burgers and sandwiches or take it up a notch at Bakal with seafood, beef and international foods served all day. Ola Mulata is another option serving a wide variety of food from seafood and shrimp tacos to chili dogs and BBQ ribs. Bakal is the only restaurant that serves breakfast and opens at 7 AM.
