WorldMark owns parts of the Phoenix South Mountain Preserve resort, providing WorldMark vacation owners with one-, two-, and three-bedroom timeshare units. Every condo features a well-equipped kitchen, cable-service television and DVD player, an in-unit washer and dryer, a balcony or terrace, and air conditioning.

One-bedroom units feature a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two-bedroom timeshare units have a king bed in the master bedroom, either a queen or twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Three-bedroom condos feature a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom and twin beds in the third bedroom along with the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Note: two- and three-bedroom timeshares are only accessible by steps.

On-property amenities to enjoy include two outdoor pools and two outdoor hot tubs, a barbeque area, and a business center.
