WorldMark Lake Tahoe

Located within five miles of the lakeshore, the wooded setting of the Lake Tahoe WorldMark is serene and private. The three resort buildings are spread across a one-mile area, with each building housing approximately 17 timeshare condos. Floor plans include one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, all with a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, and a small private deck or balcony.

The building designated as “Tahoe III” offers an observation deck for viewing the lake; however, timeshare units in Building III are less spacious than comparable units in Buildings I and II. Other features to consider when selecting a building is Building III’s easy access to the resort’s seasonal outdoor adult and kiddie pools, two year-round outdoor hot tubs, recreation center with arcade games, ping-pong and movie viewing area

Note: In all buildings, stairs are required to access timeshare units, as no elevators are available.
