My wife, Suzanne, and I would like to thank you for your assistance in selling our timeshare. I looked at several web sites and researched selling my timeshare. I kept coming back to your site mainly because of your being on all web searches. I wanted to speak with a person to explain the process and clearly explain ALL of the fees involved. I called and spoke with Diana for a long time. She explained the process and the fees involved in selling my timeshare. We discussed a more than reasonable price to list at so that my timeshare would not sit on the market for months. I quickly called my wife to discuss the sale. We placed the timeshare for sale on Thursday, March 30, 2006. We received a call from Vacation Property Resales on Monday, April 3rd with an offer to purchase our timeshare for that price we wanted. (The price we wanted was $1,000.00 less than our more than reasonable "negotiable" sales price.) We want to thank Diana and every one else at Vacation Property Resales for their assistance in selling our timeshare. We promptly received a check on Friday, May 19th. The entire process of listing the timeshare to selling and receiving the check took less than 6 weeks.

If you are thinking about selling your timeshare, I would recommend you sell through Vacation Property Resales, Inc. I tried to sell my timeshare through another service and not only did it cost me more to try and sell it, but once they had my money, I never heard from them again.
With Vacation Property Resales, Inc., they called every so often to see if there had been any changes or to see if they could answer any questions. It took awhile to sell in this poor economy, but they were diligent enough to keep working on it until the sale was finalized.
